Step 1: Go to the Audience sub-menu within Email Subscribers in WP Admin
Step 2: Click Import Contacts
Step 3: Upload your CSV file

Note: The CSV must have only two fields - Email Address, Name - in that order only, and one record on one line!

If you face problems during import, open the CSV file in a text editor (and not Excel) to ensure it's formatted correctly.

Step 1: To add Subscriptions Box widget to your sidebar, go to your WP Admin - Appearance menu.
